I am in the process of starting up a pet item shop. I want to have a website for it, not Etsy. So, if you have any pet project ideas that you think may sell, once the site is up I'll put them up for you and maybe you'll make some $. You know there are people out there that spend more on their pets then they do on themselves....It will all be handmade no wholesale crap

I soooo feel you and I feel the same as you! I have to bite my tongue constantly because I work with the public and the things these people say just makes me want to scream!

It pisses me off that I have to see bill boards in Spanish! And Downtown too! Not just the Spanish communities... I'm constantly cheated by people not wanting to pay their fair share and plead "no English" when I argue!

I always hear complaints against my beautiful country and I just want to snap and tell them go back to their own then!!!! But, alas, I work with the public... though the majority don't belong here!

You gave this guy a room, at a lower rate than average, with a leniency toward his hygienic practices, and he has the *bleeps* to mess with you?!?

If you don't desperately need the money, I would give it to him straight up. The rent's going up and you need to do a better job of cleaning up after yourself, or go find another place to live. You shouldn't have to deal with such unnecessary stress.

Just my two cents.. ; ) I'm sorry I don't comment more, cuz we have very similar attitudes... lol! But I do read when I can.
